Chapter Goals

    The goals that the Kappa Delta Chapter sets keep us focused, energized, and motivated to build our Fraternity. We take time each year to set goals that we take an enormous amount of pride in achieving. Our men are always working to build upon what is in front of them and we are always looking for more to help us on the ultimate goal of becoming one of the best Fraternities at Tech!

  • Short-term goals
    • Bring a man into the Fraternity better than yourself- This is the goal of every brother, to populate the Fraternity with good men, who will continue to help Delta Sigma Phi grow and prosper with honor and integrity.
    • To succeed academically- every semester, we want our brothers to do well at Virginia Tech in the most important environment- in the classroom. None of us would be here if it wasn’t for education, so Brothers are always there for each other to ensure academic success.

  • Long-Term goals
    • Purchase the Fraternity House in the name of Delta Sigma Phi- we fundraise and work hard to save to make our house the true heart of our Chapter.
    • Grow and mature as men- by the end of our time as undergrads, each brother hopefully has grown and become a better man. Our chapter makes a huge effort to provide the foundation for individual growth and success.

  • The most important goal:
    • HAVE FUN! Our Fraternity prides itself on brotherhood and the unforgettable memories you’ll have while an undergrad.
